Psychologist, photographer, and actual president of L’Eptacordio cultural association, in 1994 Gisella begin the study of photography as self-taught. In 2003 she discovers and develops the interest for the research of the symbol and the photographic abstract, gained by creating the compositions of slides. In 2005 she works on the production of theatrical posters and stills.
Since 2006 she collaborates with L’Eptacordio cultural association, starting a work of photographic research called “L’arte incontra il Sociale”, in which the use of the image becomes functional in deepening of social issues. Starting from this research, in 2007/2008 begin the production of the project called “Chiuso in Bottiglia. Segni e Simboli nella Prevaricazione”, which is a translation of the symbolic experience of victims of mobbing and abuse in images.
Since 2007 she also collaborate in film productions as script supervisor and backstage’s production.
Since 2008 she holds photography training courses and workshops, mostly based on the creative use of the photographic tool, and on the awareness of the photographic gesture. In this context, are relevant the workshops “Vedendo in Simboli”, conducted within the Festival Percorsi Teatrali del Teatro e del Segno since 2009 in Santulussurgiu (Sardinia).
In 2011, in collaboration with the director Emanuela Cau, Gisella designs and creates a video-photographic project called “Chiaroscuri nella Maternità – L’ambivalenza del divenire Madre”, about ambiguities and uneasinesses that may characterize motherhood.
In 2012 she obtains a Perinatal Educator qualification.
Founder and Artistic Director since 1998 of L’Eptacordio, Giuseppe currently works between Cagliari, Bologna and Rome.
Actor and director, he studied in the Institutet för Scenkonst, theater-laboratory founded in 1971 by Ingmar Lindh, a cornerstone of the European theatrical research of the last twenty years.
He participated in theatrical performances of different Sardinian companies and the Danish Exemen company; has directed plays for Origamundi, La Maschera, Teatro Olata, Aura Teatro of Catania companies, and for all the productions of L’Eptacordio, including his poem recitals “Generazione sfortunata”, “Così è”, “Amalgama”, and the plays “Primo Dio”, “Emanuel” and “Tra me e te c’è sempre un inverno”, dedicated to the study of Emanuel Carnevali, and “Il Dominio” a study taken from the essay of the sociologist Georg Simmel.
Giuseppe starred in many plays such as “Tra verità menzogna e desiderio” of the Pasolini Project, produced by Institutet för Scenkonst and by Teatri del Vento from La Spezia; “Traballando” by Teatro Botanico of Cagliari.
Committed at national level with the circulation of the poetic project “Poesie Sparse”, and always interested in poetry, as literary work and as both scenic and musical expression, he collaborated with some realities of the Italian musical scene, including Acustimantico, Rocco de Rosa and Canio Loguercio. Giuseppe is also member of “I 5 Elementi” group.
As author he contributed to the drafting of Pensamentus online magazine, and in 2011 he pubblished the collection of poems “Autoritratto di un Uomo Palloso”.
Psychologist, psychoterapist and perinatal educator in 2011 she entered as a member of L’Eptacordio on the occasion of the motherhood-based project “L’Arte incontra il Sociale”.
Since then she becomes an active part in the design and the conduct of social promotion activities in the area.
Qualified Youth Worker and Pre-school Teacher with experience, since 2005 participates in risk-prevention projects with children and youth from disadvantaged urban areas.
MA in Intarnational Cooperation & Development and BA Degree in Development Studies, from 2007 to 2009 she works as Youth Development Officer in Tanzania, and in 2011 as PM Assistant in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. She collaborates with L’Eptacordio as Project Coordinator for Africa and Middle East area.
Educator, cultural mediator and training consultant. Degree in Science of Education and Master degree in Social Politics and Strategic Managment for the Sustainable Development of the Territory, Alessia works in the fields of Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, Didactic and Interculture. She carried out study and research activities on school system and decentralization process in Macedonia. Since 2008 she works as Training Consultant in International Cooperation projects in the Balcan Region’s countries. She collaborates with L’Eptacordio as Project coordinator for the Balcan Region area.
